Mr Khaled Sarraf joins our Finance, Investment, and Audit Committee
He are delighted to announced that Mr Khaled Sarraf has joined our Finance, Investment, and Audit Committee.
He is a Trauma, Orthopaedic, and Sports Surgeon at Imperial College Healthcare NHS Trust, Fortius Clinic, and The Cromwell Hospital, bringing over a decade of experience in delivering world-class care. His clinical expertise spans trauma, sports injuries, and joint reconstruction, and he has treated professional and elite athletes across multiple disciplines – including football – helping them return to peak performance.
Alongside his surgical career, Khaled is deeply involved in healthcare innovation and venture building. As a Venture Partner at Kayan Ventures and founder of VentriCap, he actively supports early-stage Health Tech and MedTech companies. He works closely with founders as an advisor and board member, helping refine strategy, navigate clinical adoption, and raise capital through syndicate SPVs.
Khaled’s unique dual perspective – as a frontline surgeon in sports and trauma care and as an investor shaping the future of healthcare – enables him to bridge the gap between clinical practice and technology. He is passionate about advancing orthopaedics through evidence-based practice, cutting-edge technology, and meaningful partnerships that improve patient outcomes both on and off the field.
