Overview
We are proud to bring you this year’s national BOTA x ORUK Sustainability in Trauma and Orthopaedic Surgery Virtual Conference, brought to you in collaboration between the British Orthopaedic Trainees Association (BOTA) and Orthopaedic Research UK (ORUK).
The focus of this year’s event was on designing and implementing sustainability projects in surgery, and we had some fantastic speakers from Getting It Right First Time (GIRFT) and the National Green Theatres Programme at the National Centre for Sustainable Delivery, who talked about their recent projects including the new GIRFT Greener pathways initiative, the Orthopaedic Green Toolkit and more.
