BOTAxORUK Sustainability Conference Poster Abstract Submission

This is a fantastic opportunity to have a poster of your sustainability research, audit, or quality improvement project presented at the BOTA x ORUK Sustainability in orthopaedic surgery virtual conference.

Please fill in the form and your submission will be put forward to the judging panel.

Accepted authors will need to produce a one-slide powerpoint presentation with the key details and findings from your project, suitable for display on a laptop screen. Posters will rotate on a slideshow presentation during the lunch break. Submissions are screened and successful abstracts selected by the BOTA national committee. Decisions regarding acceptance are final. Submissions from all countries considered.

Deadline for submissions: 6th September 2025.

Accepted authors are required to purchase a ticket and attend the conference online. Exceptional projects may be asked to make an oral presentation of their work to the conference.

Preference will be given to orthopaedic projects.  Projects that are not strictly within this specialty should aim to consider possible applications in musculoskeletal health
