Mr Tom Crompton, Consultant Paediatric Orthopaedic Surgeon, Brighton and Sussex University Hospitals NHS Trust

Tom is a consultant paediatric orthopaedic surgeon at the Royal Alex Children’s Hospital, Brighton & Sussex University Hospitals NHS Trust.

He undertook Paediatric orthopaedic fellowships at Westmead Children’s Hospital Sydney and The Royal London Hospital.

He is convenor of the ORUK paediatric trauma course.

Mr Kyle James, Consultant, Royal Alexandra Children’s Hospital

Mr Kyle James is a consultant at the Royal Alexandra Children’s Hospital in Brighton. He is a UK trained orthopaedic surgeon and has completed 2 international fellowships in paediatric orthopaedics. Prior to joining the team at Brighton, he worked as a mission surgeon in Malawi, Africa and was a consultant at the Royal London Hospital.

He is experienced in both paediatric and adult trauma and is an Honorary Senior Lecturer on the International Trauma Masters Programme at Queen Mary University, University of London. He has 16 peer reviewed publications and co-authored 6 book chapters and has taught and presented at several international courses and conferences.
